MNSOHO Managed $20.00 Monthly Fee + MNSOHO Provides: 1. Install and configure your systems for online backups 2. Monitor your backups daily to ensure regular backups are performed 3. Remotely perform backup software upgrades 4. Remotely perform data restores 5. Adjust backups to protect new data (where appropriate) 6. Monitor your online storage usage and let you know when it’s time to purchase more storage space Your responsibilities: 1. Assisting with on-site support needs 2. Potentially performing backup restores if more than three (3) calls made. NOTE: 3 Free backup related support call per month, then standard hourly rate applies to on-site support for backup related calls .
