Michael Hocks
Mike is one of the founding partners of
MNSOHO, LLC. For over ten years Mike has been involved in a
number of IT related fields. He has held a number of positions
in the IT field for the State of Minnesota including positions
in desktop support, IT/MIS Management, and his current role as
MNDOT's Desktop Architect. Mike has extensive experience in
Customer Service, Desktop Support, Network Support, and a number
of business applications. He earned a B.S in Network
Administration from the University of Minnesota, Cisco Certified
in WiFi, and ITIL Certified. Mike's first job in the IT field
started by selling computers at Office Max in 1997, from there
he he went on to the State of Minnesota working in a help desk
environment. Over the past 11 years Mike has learned what it
takes to provide quality services and is able to quickly
identify the correct and cost effective IT solution.
